The hotel had a beautiful and clean venue, with lovely furnishings. The rooms were well-decorated and the bed was comfy. The tour to Phong National Park, which we booked through the hotel, was excellent and ran smoothly.

The staff was completely incompetent and unhelpful. They failed to reply to our email about early check-in and did not offer us the option even when we requested it in person.

I chose this hotel for a conference and it truly was a home away from home in Quang Binh. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with modern amenities and a clean environment. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. It was a great value for the price.

The only downside was the lack of a business center, which I would have found useful for my work.

Room and location

Room had a nice decor and good lighting, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant view. The location was great, near a quiet boulevard and close to a beautiful beach, as well as a national park with impressive caves.

The staff service was very disappointing and lacked personal attention. We also experienced issues with the laundry service, including clothes that were shrunk and colors that ran, which ruined some of our clothes.

We recently stayed at Riverside Hotel for a quick getaway. The hotel impressed us with its modern design, cleanliness, and comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even organizing a taxi for us before we could reach the front door. The location was just perfect - quiet yet close to restaurants, with a beautiful view of the river and ocean. a great value and a hotel we'll continue to choose for our stays.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel's interior design and entrance hall were stunning, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and our room was one of the best we've had during our trip to Vietnam. It was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a nice view from both windows. During my xmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the stunning architecture and appealing design of the hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and convenient proximity to delicious restaurants.

I found that the staff struggled with English communication, making it difficult to communicate and receive help when needed. the breakfast options were not diverse enough for my liking, and the lack of variety in food options left much to be desired.
